The power of algae: Today we present the first plant-based omega-3 with active DHA. Omega-3 is vegetarian and active! Ovega3™ life is the first vegetarian active omega-3 DHA and is sourced exclusively from algae oil, without any fish oil! Ovega3™ life consists exclusively of essential active omega-3 fatty acids.
The algae oil and the capsule shell of this product are fully vegetarian and guaranteed to be free of harmful substances. It is therefore also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Ovega3™ life is a very high quality product containing active omega-3 DHA. New studies by the scientific association for a vegetarian diet and other scientific institutions have shown that essential omega-3 fatty acids are not only available to fish eaters. Fish contains only a part of the essential fatty acids and not always the sufficient amounts. The vegetarian world now has a natural omega 3 that covers the full spectrum of the omega-3 fatty acids family. These plant substances are reported in abundant amounts even in the diet tables of SSNV and the American Heart Association. That is why a vegetarian omega-3 is sourced from the power of algae. A new omega-3: active and plant-based.
Omega-3 active DHA active for heart and cholesterol
The National Association of Hospital Cardiology (ANMCO), in collaboration with the Mario Negri Institute (Consortium Mario Negri South), studied 11,324 heart attack patients, who were divided into four subgroups through random sampling. In an observation period of four years, patients who received 1 gram per day of omega-3 in active DHA+EPA form were shown to have a reduction in heart attacks, lower incidents of sudden death or stroke and a generally lower overall mortality rate than the patients who did not receive treatment with omega-3. The study’s figures speak clearly and confirm the results of two major, 16-year-long US studies that were later published in the prestigious Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).
Omega-3 active DHA: Exactly what our body needs
Omega-3 fatty acids containing active DHA, also known as docosahexaenoic acid, are the best for humans. The active DHA fatty acids are important for our body and not comparable to other omega-3 fatty acids in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is an active ingredient that only takes effect after the body has converted the active ingredients into omega-3 DHA, EPA, DPA or OTA in a laborious transformation process. In the conversion of alpha-linolenic acid ALA into DHA docosahexaenoic acid, almost 90% of the active ingredient ALA is lost. This means, for example, that the conversion of 2000mg of ALA results in only 200mg of active ingredient DHA omega-3.
Omega-3 active DHA: health and well-being
Many omega-3 varieties available on the market contain ethyl ester, an artificial form of fatty acids. Ovega3™ life, an extract from the purity and power of algae, contains omega-3 in its active form only, made from 100% natural plant extracts.
Ovega3™ life DHA algae oil 200mg, 60 VegeCaps
